Bug Charged double to spec

I just specced my profession to Merchant for the first time. It said it would cost 250c, I typed /hero confirm and it took 500c.

My brother did it a few days ago (1 or 2) and it only took 250c(all he had).
Don't know if that's useful, but I thought I'd let you know.

It was 250c more than I wanted to spend and 250c that is stopping me from buying the plot I want.
