Not a Bug Chaos Orb

It states in the skill description that the Chaos Orb only teleports you when you can use Enderpearls (Lvl 60), but it is happening before you get Enderpearls. Overall it is a pain while training, teleporting into a creeper, making it blow up

I simply forgot to remove it from the description. As of Haven launch, it was always meant to teleport from level 1.

Don't use it on creepers unless you're confident it's the last hit.

Use chaos orb, immediately swing or maim and back away, always worked for me
