Bug Chaos Orb

Chaos Orb isn't teleporting me. When I use it it just ignites the enemy and deals the damage. I'm not being teleported at all.

The range on the orb is also only around 5 blocks so it doesn't help when chasing someone. (Not sure if this is a glitch or intended)
