Suggestion Channel Owners/Managers can set custom titles

If you owned your own channel, I think a great addition would be to add custom titles for people in there. However, these titles must first be approved via admin/mod and are only able to be seen by those who are in that channel. For example, if I was in RT chat with the title "ConMayor" and switched to T chat the title is only viewable in RT. In addition, the title has different brackets to show its custom.

I like this idea. It would be very helpful for ranks within town ( Without using /town who ( Name ) and it seems pretty simple
