Reason for de-level: None given, I assume for using a structure to impede the path of mobs while I kill them

Your story: as a new player I had no idea this was some kind of implied rule until the fourm post made by Gabizou earlier today, after which I did NOT use this method of leveling. Meaning that I was punished for something not in the rules, AND retroactively AFTER a not-rule was clarified. I'd just like to know what my reason for delevel is and how I, as a almost brand new player could have known not to do what I did.
