Suggestion central problems

Central is a really big place. It looks really nice and stuff but walking from the docs to the exchange is really time consuming. Can there be like speed beacons around central to make it cooler and to sleep up transportations?

I could argue that pointless tedium isn't really work, but whatever...

I think a pad for speed boost wouldnt be a bad idea - when I have time I'll add in something like this
