Bug Caster Fireball/Ranger Bow attacks

Caster fireball = way to much damage.
im the highest level on the server. 800HP. 1 caster fireball = 1/4 of my hp even if i put the burn effect off.

Ranger bow attacks = No damage

I can hit someone with 10 arrows and there a level 10 caster and it will wont kill them. and they are not healing.

Ranger bow is suppose to do 120 damage. it isnt in PvP. killing mobs it seems 2 do the full amount of damage.

Fireball's damage should scale with level like weapon damage.

uhh first off, fireball isnt THAT OP, and maybe think, fireball has 5 seconds cooldown, bow has 0 zeconds cooldown. at lv 20 caster, my fireball does 120 damage, yeah maybe a bug if it isnt doing damage, but possibly, you're missing. it's very easy to miss with ranged attacks. and the 120 damage isnt based on a close range quickfire either, its based on a fully charged bow.

Caster fire ball does 100 considering it can be used in long range it's very powerful. (also goes up 1 damage per level)

nah i tested with a person. isnt doing the damage its suppose to. and there is about a 1-2second cooldown on bow. gotta remember i have to pull back which takes a sec or 2.

100 damage is OP. its not doing 100 its doing like 200 damage to me. its takes 1/4 of my hp from a single 1. and i have 800hp. something isnt right.

Also my bow attacks dont scale. a 21 caster does more damage then me ( going by what mine says )
