Bug Cant unlock my Tier7 res from /to shop

When I use /to shop and try to unlock my tier7 res nothing happens. I have cash and kainzo said I had t7 perms so idk what the issue is.

Capitalization matters in the tier unlocking if I remember correctly Tier

You are able to unlock all residences below your tier as well.

ty doing that rather then using buggy menu work. Menu still needs a fixing i guess

I unlocked my Tier9 residence through the GUI.

Anyone else had problems with the GUI? If so, at what Tier?

Just tired using the GUI to do this. Did not work.
Everytime I clicked Tier6 it just closed the menu. /to unlock Tier6 worked however

My recollection was I found when I used the GUI it closed the menu, as you said. However when I checked with /to list, I had successfully unlocked Tier9. (I don't recall even knowing about the command at that stage.)

However I've just asked a couple of donor players to test, and they also found the GUI did not work for them and the command does.

So it appears the GUI is indeed still bugged.
