Can't log in

I just updated to 1.8.

• I got macromod working
  • could log in.
• Got optifine
  • can no longer log in.

I am receiving this message:

When I join the herocraft test server (the private balance one) I receive this message

mumfrey gave me the download and helped me and I am on 1.8 so my mods are ready for when the server updates

radical ill have to talk to him too and get mine ready, are you also using forge? if so make sure the optifine is compatible with the right one

yeah forge and liteloader together.

thing is, I can log into some servers and optifine is working. It works on single player as well.

Now im just guessing, do you use server texture packs, if so turn the option off and try hc, also how many other servers? all but hc or a select few?

1.7.10 with opti and macro seems fine for me. I'd recommend the following:
-Try direct connect
-Try refreshing the server list
-Try other versions of mc

hes using 1.8 and i assume he wants to stay there, mine 1.7.2 works with macroes opti and reis mini map

try switching versions real quick go to 1.7 and see if its working

I tried a few, some don't let you log in and give you the message like HC another gave me the message in game.

tried normal 1.8 and i logged in fine.

I took optifine out of my mods folder and it still happened.

idk cry yourself to sleep and try in the morning, thats what i do when something is within reach especially mods, but still doesnt work
