Bug Can't join town

My problem is i can't join the town Groningen it keeps taking me to the help page of towns I type in /town accept Groningen but it doesn't work I'm in the pvp (aegis) I'm wondering if I'm typing it wrong or doing something wrong or are other people having the same issue.

Do /town cancel, then try to do /town accept Groningen again and do /town confirm.
