Bug Can't connect to Server?

I was white-listed about an hour ago, and when I try to join the server I get a message saying, "You are banned from this server! Reason: Banned by operator."

I haven't even been on the server yet, how could I be banned? What should I do, I've really been looking forward to playing on this server.

Seems your name is on a hacked account list.

A hacked account list? Meaning someone has hacked my account?

Either someone somewhere has hacked your account, or the name is on a list with the password for people to use.

I don't know how this could have happened, I just went and changed my password, will I be allowed to play?

You will have to post a ban appeal and there will be a pretty extensive process for us to ensure you are the owner of it. It is not something that will be done instantly, and to have Kainzo remove the name form the list will take time.
