Cant build or pick up anything.

I go far away from spawn and it says you are unable to to destory blocks. I kill a skelton and a box will drop but i cant pick it up. But i can lvl up. And it says i am whitelisted of the landing.

Have you tried to relog and re-register with /register (email)?
And pls make sure it's the same email/ign as on here
