Bug Cannot Send Chat

Everything was perfectly fine, but after i came back from being AFK for 10 minutes and tried to chat, it said "cannot send chat message. I don't think i was muted as i was AFK, is this a bug?

No internet is currently offline, im using 4g maybe in an hour and a half

This is a client-side issues, please re-enable "chat" on your client.
