Cannot See Town's Pending List

Hello, I am the Mayor of Guardia. I have multiple people applying for my town, yet I cannot see them with /citizen pending. I do see 2 users, but they are 2 users that did not apply for my town.

Help?

EDIT:

I believe the issue happened because after I became Mayor, I had /citizen leave Neverast to avoid being a "Citizen" in 2 towns. I'm sure this is easily fixed.

Also, I need /ch Guardia to be official for the town. It was done once before, but I think because I was in that channel as /newchannel Guardia when Kainzo made it official, it didn't go through properly. I'll be sure to stay out of /ch Guardia until it's created.

Channel was made, thanks Kainzo. Now just waiting on Citizen fix.

Going to let flame take a look at this - also will need to dive into the .txt file to find out why this is occurring. We'll see - I havent had time.
