Bug Cannot create towns

Title.

/Kingdoms is gone, and doing /town create name only tells me I don't have permission.

Edit: I actually just don't have permission for any of the town commands. Huh.

have you tried /township create <name> or /ts create <name>, i have noticed that the plugin sometimes get finicky
