I recently raided an unclaimed house and acquired a gold hoe. I moved it to my hotbar and looted the rest of the chests . The next thing I know and the hoe vanishes, and now whenever i switch items, i get two messages in a row saying "You are not trained to use a Gold Hoe".

I relogged and that didn't help.
