Bows seem to be really glitchy. Sometimes they bounce right off of the mobs / players even when its a direct hit. Other times it's just laggy and flies weird. Multiple people are having the same problem

Yeah they're super buggy they aren't consistent which is kinda scary with disciples, ninjas, and bards running around

We are well aware of this, and we have no idea what the problem is. The most likely culprit is 1.9.
As much as I hate it as well, we just have to be patient and wait until it gets fixed, or simply get used to it if there is no fix.

If there ends up being no fix, balance team might have a class overhaul for ranger to make it fair adequately well against other classes as it's extremely weak right now regardless of who it's fighting.
