I was trying to get screenshots to post and show, but I couldn't get it to work after I noticed it for some reason.

Basically when I'm PvPing, occasionally my masamune skill will only give me Speed 2 instead of Speed 3, it only seems to happen in combat though.

I think it should be giving speed 2, at least I think that was a change that was made a while back(might have been factions only) @Balance Team anyone able to confirm my thoughts?

I don't remember making it speed II, i think it could be III

Last I played with Sammy on Test (Little before Reset) it was giving me Speed 3.
I don't recall getting 2, it's possible it was a change to happen IN combat, not sure.
