So the skill says you take 2000% more damage, and deal 2000% more damage over the period of time... I'm 90% positive this is a typo... And if it is a typo, what is the actual %'s?

Frenzy doesnt effect dmg to or from you
It just negates roots etc with a nausea effect

@Kainzo This needs to be 0.2 in the config, not 20. Don't want players getting 1-hit around here
@Pakeon It should be affecting the damage to and from the player, if it's not atm then it will when dmg listener rewrite is finished
