You are not able to attack bounties in the Nether. We tracked some people with a bounty in the Nether and we were not able to attack them at all. (We did have the bounty accepted)

Have you tried to PVP normally?

May have PVP off globally... we'll have to see.

Does that mean the nether is PvP on everywhere? Or just that bounties work there?

It would be great to have another hunting ground.

The Nether was originally made to be another PvP region, however said regions were overridden by PvE regions. Now the Nether has PvP on everywhere.
