Bug Bonespear, et al animation bug

I recently switched back to Necro for a bit after being Dragoon for a few weeks. Upon using my Necro spells, several of them are either showing partial animations or no animations at all. Bonespear at best is showing 2 to 4 parts of its 20 block animation. The damage is still being dealt, as shown by the health reduction of the enemy hit. The same is occuring for the purple/green, green, and blue fireworks of their respective spells.

Interstingly, when I use bonespear while underwater, the entire length of the bonespear animation works.

I think there may have been some changes to fireworks in the API. @Delfofthebla wanna take a gander?
