Bolt Issue

I unlocked the skill Bolt yesterday, yet I am unable to use the skill. I relogged and still no luck, even as a level 36 Wizard I still cannot use it.
When I type /skill bolt nothing happens. When I try to bind it to something it tells me that skill does not exist for my class.
So unless for whatever reason it is named something besides Bolt internally, it is bugged for me.

There's nothing in the code that would cause this. Use /skills Wizard - and tell me what level it says for Bolt.

I think you need something in your inventory for it, like recall needs redstone, I think u need books.

you do not. i used it today with no issues. i have it bound to a flower atm

Its target based. Simply using it won't do anything. Try using macros or binding, it to a feather or something than use it when your curser is over your target.

I had tried binding it to a random item and it told me "that skill does not exist for your class".
When I did /skills it says level 35. I will confirm that when I home later tonight.

It is working now, somehow.
Not doing anything differently so I'm not sure what happened, thanks anyways.
