So, I hit 45 Bloodmage earlier, and when I was trying out BoilBlood I noticed the DoT only seems to affect one of the targets hit. I used it on a group of 4 Zombies and only one of them actually took the additional damage, the other 3 stayed at the same health after the initial hit (confirmed with Scan.) Although, 4 messages popped up in chat that said their blood stopped boiling.
I don't know if this has the same effect in PvP.
EDIT:
After using the skill more this issue persists. Whenever using BoilBlood on a group of monsters only the initial damage is dealt to them, aside from one which does also get DoT'd correctly. I can't tell if the DoT'd monster is random, it might be which ever is the closest.
