Bug Bloodmage's Chant not working

I've tested this out a few times by damaging myself to only have 2 hearts or so. The majority of the time I will heal for 250 HP, but the results seem to be intermittent. Some numbers I have received have been the following; 224, 68, 63, 129, 0.

Specifically, it appears as though I'll get 0 HP in healing every time if I'm at around 7 or 8 hearts. I've only once tried it on a party member when he was down to around 400 HP and was able to heal him for 350 HP while taking 100HP of my own health (as advertised).

Tested this myself on Production. Was working just fine.

I just logged in to try Chant. I hurt myself down to 367 HP... healed myself to 617 (250HP heal), and then tried again and it only provided me with 715 HP (98HP heal). Trying it again at this point would keep me at 715 HP (0HP heal).

Post I made about this same issue. Chant is fine, but due to how the game is it will never fully heal you.

No. I understand what you're saying because bloodmage is designed to take off HP for the greater good of getting more HP in return. This is not the case. As you can see, sometimes it gives 250, sometimes it gives 98, and sometimes it will give you 60-something. I'm sure it's not designed to do that, nor is it designed to never actually fully heal you. I've dealt with Bandage, Pray, and Chakra before with no issues (it always gave me the same HP heals as advertised). This is a different animal altogether.
