Bug Bloodmage Constrict

Constrict has 2 bugs, not sure if these are intended or not. When using Constrict it never says you use the spell, only the warm up part. Second, it either wont slow (still taking mana and health) or only seems to slow for 2-3 Seconds not 7 like it says it should. [edited] meant title to be bloodmage constrict btw, sorry about that part i constantly pull off confusing those 2 somehow

Bloodmage doesn't have conviction does it? You mean constrict?

There was a change with skills that slow that make it so they only do so for a few seconds, I'm looking into the root cause - thanks for the report!
