Bug Bloodmage- Chant

This isn't necessarily a bug because it technically is doing what it's said to do based on the wiki, but...

It costs 100 hp to cast the skill, so the bloodmage should be getting 250 hp rather than 350 hp. Then, that 250 hp is taken and reduced to 169 hp due to the self-healing reduction. That's only 19 more hp than bandage. (150) My question, is this intended? It seems a bit... Underwhelming.

I think the self-heal reduction should be taken away completely or reduced to 11%. It's just unnecessary.

They should remove the self healing thing or reduce it by alot, and reduce the cost on the skill by 25-50 just because bloodmages only get that heal once every 12 (i think) seconds, while other classes get bandage and it is on a VERY short cooldown...

Oh I'm sorry I was harsh. Thanks for your support!:) Yeah I totally think that the self heal reduction should be done away with. Though I think chant should stay. Maybe we should get another real group heal or get an aoe that drains health and gives it to you and your party.

To be honest I agree 100% because all the other healer specs are allowed bandage during combat, but Bloodmage is forced to be out of combat for it. Chant being only source of "pure" healing you would hope that even with it costing 100hp you would get the whole 250hp.

We want bloodmages to heal other's not themselves, primarily.

I think the problem with that is when you are fighting someone you are taking damage while your spells cost health to use. And although Drainsoul and Soulleech do heal, compared to every other healer spec the healing is very low. With the health cost of Chant a Bloodmage really is forced to use and save it for them self.
