Bug Blessing duration bug

Blessing says at level 65 it should last 95 minutes where it only lasts about 15.

In my opinion though it should last only 10 minutes and have no reagent cost, so it can be a pre-combat buff instead of a long running buff like courage.

It is intended to last the new duration. The old duration was bugged, and here's a summary.

OLD:
Says "36 minutes" Actual [7mins]
NEW:
Says "95 minutes" Actual [~15 mins]

As far as I can tell, someone forgot to change the way tooltip duration was determined when they also fixed the skill duration.

I made a bug post about the old version, and Kainzo states there that the intended version is ~15 min, not 7 and definitely not 95.

Well, either way it's bugged eh? Says 95 minutes(which it should be for 5 gold ingots) and only lasts for 15.
Off-Topic
As I said, I prefer having a low duration and no cost. Sure Blessing gives +5 to all stats, but most classes only really benefit from 2-3 stats, so paying 5 gold ingots for have +5 to three stats for 15 minutes to me sounds like to much. I would rather a short duration 5-10 minute reagent free version to use on the fly and not keep on oneself for 4 hours like Courage. Minor/Major buffs.

It wasn't.
Divided by 10000 (10 seconds) instead of 60000 (one minute) while the label still said "minutes".

Same error is prolly in all the buffs, gonna mass fix.

Mmk, changed Blessing, Alacrity, BruteForce, Courage, Enlightenment and Splendor.
