Resolved Blaze Rod has Weapon CD

Title

Got a Lamentation Blaze Rod from a dungeon last night, has a weapon cool down. No other blaze rod has one so I assume it was a mistake.

All blaze rod drops and event items have timers.

As I understand it, it was discussed, then removed.

Blaze rods, music discs, and shears do not need attack timers because of how low their damage output is. They have already been balanced according to vanilla attack speed for those items.
