That's awesome, also that's a very early version of the map. The plot my first ever Newerth house was built on is not even zoned yet on that render lol. I'd say that image is from roughly the first week of January 2011?

Correct - it was pretty early - the final version had lapis instead of obby at spawn.

Man Sanctum had so much crazy shit on it. Like one time, I found a pig spawner randomly below a cliff. It was so cool, because using that could give me an unlimited amount of cooked porkchop (farms back then were... difficult). I never did, though.

Plus, all across the world you could find huge areas of land which were abandoned, but covered with LWCs. People with T3 or higher had an unlimited amount of LWCs. Talk about OP. People would even LWC the dirt blocks outside of their 100x100 block mansion. No kidding.

Getting lost in Sanctum was just about game over aswell.

Also; check out the central spawn area on the map. All the homes are made of cobblestone and/or wood. Compare that to what we have now: fancy wool blocks everywhere.

Donator Tier was only 4 back then... Also Adv Builder McGreed had a house near Newerth... I remember him one day all surprised that Newerth's "Shadow Forest" engulfed his house!

To anyone who cares, the Ice circle on the map (I believe Kainzo was playing around and created that and just left it) was the exact location of the first Underdeep!

Though that's because when you got on to play, you could just go and claim a plot. Of course, I think the larger ones actually cost something, if I remember right.

No, I swear it went up to T6. Maybe at the time this map was taken, but at the end of Sanctum I could swear that it went to T6...
