Blacklisted from a voting page?

Every night I have been voting on this page: http://minecraft-mp.com/server/580/vote/
and now, for whatever reason it is saying that my IP is using a proxy or is blacklisted. I choose to believe the latter, but I have no clue why. Has anyone else been randomly blacklisted? That seems kind of stupid, I would have thought it would only happen if someone was using a Macro, in which it would be a little hard to do the CAPTCHA wouldn't it?

So much for trying to be on the top of the voting list. I've emailed their support and will be trying to have this fixed. There is still 23 hours that I can get the vote...

Sometimes sites will ban ip ranges, you may be in that range.

Honestly, its completed managed by the voting list - not sure why they would do that though.

I "think" they fixed it, but I'll have to find out tomorrow. I forget which one it was lol... But tomorrow around the time I'll try again.

All we do is hard-link to the voting sites - they manage everything else.

I don't believe I mentioned it was anything Herocraft has done.. Anyway, I did find out later that it started working again, but two days after they emailed me and asked me to check a site. My IP is banned on three of 20-30 sites, but I've never heard of any of them, nor do I know why I'd be banned. I don't think it really matters that much to pursue why I'm banned on those three sites.

I've never heard of any of these, and I'm going to assume it is because I'm on campus wifi.
