Bug Berserker-Frenzy

I was testing Berserker and I immediately noticed that Frenzy is not properly working. Right now the skill costs stamina, gives nausea, and shrugs off CC accordingly but the other part of the skill is not working.

I do not know what the specific numbers should be for the bonus % outgoing damage and the bonus % incoming damage but at the moment both are 0%. At first I thought that only the skill description was bugged (it says 0% for the bonuses) but after testing I found out that it really is 0%

There has not been bonus damage since I am thinking mid last map, it was a nerf on it and most people only use it as a cc escape.

Yeah that needs to be cleaned up. It initially had the damage modifier, but it was changed so that it was removed and the modifier on provoke was increased.
