Suggestion Beguiler Skill - Decelerando

/skill Decelerando - Everyone in a 15-30 block radius who is NOT in the beguiler's party gets Speed I for 1 second.

This would effectively remove a speed potion after it was chugged, or remove accelerando or other vanilla-Speed mobility.

Thoughts? Name is meant to be funny not final.

rallentando or ritardando is more common in music :p would make me more content to see a familiar word than this weird decelerando thing, lol

but overall this looks like a nice skill, but idk if it should be for beguiler. Might be something nice for disciple maybe? would fit with their force powers.
