Suggestion Beguile Cooldown

Straight to the point. Beguile is an amazing spell excellent for Defense. It has a lot of luck in it also, such as if it brings an enemy closer. The only real problem i have with this is that you can beguile them constantly. It lasts 10 seconds, And its cool down is 10 seconds. An infinite beguile. Personally I think the cool down should be only 15 seconds, to avoid a constant beguile. only 5 seconds longer because its not so bad in fights and not generally used for offense(not counting skirmish).

I think the cooldown should be even longer. these are the types of skills that should only be used once in a fight imo. either to give your chance to heal, or run away. It's a gimmicky skill to begin with and when its being used every 10-15 seconds, it just becomes too much. especially when it can easily be exploited to win skirmishes on certain maps.

I can see the merit of increasing the CD to 15s. Ninja currently has 15s for confuse, they are sister skills.

Lowering the duration to 7s and raising cd to 15s - to start.
