The matcatsmp? I was going to build a house and a spider apeared so i tried to kill it and it was sort of glitchy. I guess the glowstone behind it was destroyed and then i was banned.

Trophies have nothing to do with whitelisting. It's an award you receive on the forums for posts/likes/messages etc.
