Bug Bash and divine stun glitch

Please detail the Bash and DivineStun interaction that is glitching out, all I know is that one exists (I think it lowers CD on DivineStun) and everyone is rerolling paladin, and that I haven't been able to duplicate the glitch yet.

So far as I can tell, this is similar to the reset on Kick that Classes with Maim can get, and it has to do with item binds.

It happens randomly from what I expierenced and I think that it launched someone in the air one time during a fight. @Squid_bot

It's a glitch by a combination of skills, I'm also sure it happens from forcepush and seikuken.
I have video footage of this happening with a disciple, but not a paladin. What happened yesterday was,
I was tanking at the front of our fight group and naturally, I was fodder for a offensive skill. I was divine stunned and then Leo used a skill, it was either reckoning or bash and next thing I knew I was around 120 blocks in the air.
