Bug Bard's Accelerando not providing buff

Several times when casting Accelerando, the message is displayed in chat that I have cast it, but I and any party members are not receiving its intended movement buff. It still deducts mana/stam and displays a message that it has ended when the duration time ends.

For sure, same bind that has been working the past few days. It works sometimes, and doesn't work others.

First time I'm hearing of this and I've tested it several times. We need more information.

Strange. I reported the exact same thing when I played bard. It only happened a few times then stopped.

Another problem is when there is a beacon nearby with speed boost on, you can activate accelerando but it will only give you speed II from the beacon.

I have never experienced this bug
