bard skills bugging out

chakra does not remove roots, however, it does remove things like poison
quicken, allthough it works correctly, while using quicken your character gets teleported back everytime you try to move, as if you are either stuck in blocks, or an anti speed plugin is forcing your character to not move fast. You can sprint with quicken on, however as soon as you stop sprinting because you hit something, AND YOU WILL HIT SOMETHING in 10 seconds while sprinting+quicken, you will begin the whole teleporting/not moving bug.
bards also do not gain experience from crafting like the other classes do
managain aura works, +7 mana per tick instead of the usual 5
chakra is not corectly working, or I have missed a recent change,
at the moment it cost 20mana heals for 10 and has a 10 secondcooldown
the recent change nor the wiki had those numbers so /shrugs on if chakra is wrong atm or not

tested quicken in a party, apparently the whole group gets quicken and it works for them, however, quicken for myself acts as if I am rooted and cant move,
