Bard [Lvl 18/19] - Wisdom

Malimbar96, a lvl 19 Bard (he used it at level 18 as well), was able to use Wisdom, although it's a level 20 skill according to the wiki (I know parts of the wiki are outdated, but since Bard got implemented not long ago, I suppose that info must be true).
Which leads me to think that he's either hacking or that this is a bug/wrong on the wiki.

The bard skills have been adjusted to random levels - to make them even fruitier.

A level 50 bard can fix the wiki or I'll post if time permits.
