Bug Bard - Battle Song

So, I was PvPing on the test server and I had been using battlesong, I thought it was doing something, but it really wasn't. Two things happen, either it does NOTHING, or it takes stamina AWAY, note it's supposed to GIVE you stamina.

So, I was PvPing on the test server and I had been using battlesong, I thought it was doing something, but it really wasn't. Two things happen, either it does NOTHING, or it takes stamina AWAY, note it's supposed to GIVE you stamina.

It gives you 2.5 bubbles of Stamina, but takes 2 bubbles to use. Therefore, it ultimately gives the Bard .5 bubbles and everyone else in the party 2.5. If Bards could give themselves 2.5 with no loss, this would be a tad OP for the most balanced class.
