Your story: I misunderstood the mining rules by digging into a mountian because i heard some zombie growling near my house. So i started digging into the mountian so that i could kill the zombie and fill up the hole, then my pick broke and i was going to make a new but got killed in my house by a guy i dont know and before i could respawn and say anything i got banned

You forgot to mention a few things:

- that mine had steps that lead down to bedrock level
- going into DH plots and opening other people's chests
- you were using noclip and a flying mod
