Chances are your account is on an alt-banned account list that was imported into the server. This means that your account has been hacked at some point and used for malicious purposes.


Because this account is;
1) Not the same as your actual forum name
2) your birthdate and email differ on the account Sacapuntas
3) has multiple usernames under it's belt that are NOT the original accounts

The first account I created was for my friend who at the time couldn't create an account. His IGN is jacksjams. Then I created the account malagos as my account but after a couple months I forgotten my password for malagos and I as unable to find a button to reset my password, this is the reason for creating sacapuntas1 a couple minutes ago to allow me to resolve this problem.

Edit:
After looking I was able to find the reset password, I only entered a email address which took me straight to the create account area.

Use forgot password to the email tied to that account and retrieve the password.

We won't be unbanning you otherwise. Given the information provided and the fact you were on a hacked account list - we cannot trust it.
