Hmmmmmmmmmmmm. I have the answer; you're in luck.
You weren't banned for pressing shift; you were banned for speed hacking, you know that. I understand that a CERTAIN fly hack allows you to press shift for a speed boost, but you were banned for using the hack, not pressing shift; don't be childish.
Hackers/cheaters don't deserve a warning for breaking the rules and gaining an unfair advantage, especially ones who don't even know how to post a Ban Appeal properly. Considering you didn't read the proper format, my guess is that you didn't read the rules etiher.

i see now that i HAD fly mod for single player i didnt know pressing shift did that boost i thought it was just a glitch from 1.7 i know im in the wrong format this is because i know i wont be allow back in. well im sorry no hard feelings i hope and nice youtube videos of me i feel famous lol..
