Bug Bandage using STAM?

I'm not sure if this is intentional, but it doesn't make sense to me why Disciple's bandage uses 2 stam but pray doesn't use any.
I've also heard that forcepush and forcepull were supposed to use stam and healing moves were supposed to use mana, but push/pull use both mana and stam.
