Bug Bandage casts through FlyingKick (silence)

Had my Cleric friend endure a couple kicks. Kicked him while he was casting bandage, and bandage went off regardless. Had him cast it AFTER silenced with flying kick and it still casted. Bandage seems to be the only case here; I used it on him while he was groupheal and it interrupted.
