Normally I'd refer to the staff member that banned you to handle the appeal, but since they're no longer staff, I'll handle the appeal myself.

Looking into your record, it seems you were additionally permanently banned for usage of alt accounts. This is something we don't tolerate, using alts to gain any sort of advantage over other players. Several staff have looked into the validity of your appeal and it's something questionable at best.
