I'm obvsly too retarded to figure it out on my own but let's go over something:

Like=This player is correct, and should have their ban shortened or lifted.
Agree= (See Like)
Disagree= Player should stay banned
Winner= lol fail
Facepalm=lol fail, stay banned
Tard=lol fail, i stay banned, ur stupid/tarded

Are these Correct?

they dont have any meaning, its just post ratings, like facebook's like button. no hidden meaning that I am aware of.

Dont abuse them tho, :)

Just because someone likes a ban appeal does not make them any more likely to be unbanned.
