Ban appeal for Examqled

Uh, hi i'm smg (very new to the server and I like it so far) anyway, my friend examqled can't seem to get on the server at first it said he was banned. His account is a handmedown from someone and I was wondering if he can get unbanned or he has to file this appeal himself? Thank you.

Your friend will need to post a ban appeal and follow the procedure on the following thread.

Have them create the thread and put what the ban message is that they are receiving.
