Balance Team reboot

We are restarting the Balance Team. It is going to be less free-form than before, with actual tasks and goals assigned to it. All balance team members have been removed save for the following two:

• @c12095 - Team Lead
• @mung3r - coding support

If you were on the team before, you need to reapply. c12095 will be leading the team, which will be able to run their activities on our test server. I will be taking your recommendations and modifying the skills database on the test server so we can actually try your changes before anything is pushed live.

General goals of the team:

• Ensure proper functionality of skills
• Balance skills against solo combet
• Balance skills against team combat

Keep in mind, the purpose of the team is not to suggest new classes or new skills. It is to make sure the current ones are working as intended.

My computer broke but I will reapply when I get it back. Tbh when something unbalanced came up I loved tweaking it when I had time but I never really had the time

For this team to work, we need to be able to see from every viewpoint. You need to be able to have a very clear understanding of how each class works, their strengths and weaknesses, and you need to be able to see things with an open mind. This team is not so you can make your favorite class more powerful, you have to be able to see from an unbiased viewpoint. If you have to nerf your favorite class, then do it, I don't want any arguments solely because you are playing the class.

In game Politics have no place on this team, I will hold nothing against anyone on this team that happens in game and I expect the same from everyone else if you are accepted.

Very interested in joining this reboot. In the past I have been stubborn with changes to ranger, but I always end up being flexible in terms of understanding the reasons why such and such was done. I have a clear understanding of how other classes work, however, so I'd be excited to join you guys!

Well that was a needed change If the new balance team is that much more work I won't be applying so I can do more Herald stuff (working on a video series).
