3. How long have you been on Herocraft?: 2 years, joined right at the end of the Bastion map

4. What's your favorite class/path?: Farmer / Wizard

5. How often and in what timezone can you test?: I'm generally 15 hours ahead of server time (east coast Australia)

6. What sets you apart from other members applying for this team?:

• I'm interested in the profession classes more than combat classes, although I'm very willing to learn more about the combat classes.
• I'm familiar with the full content of the wiki.

7. Do you have any similar experience?:

• I have a lot of experience asking questions, looking for patterns, considering users' needs.
• I'm an editor (although rapid ingame chatting and reading the forums has added a certain randomness to my spelling...)

8. Do you understand this team is for balancing current skills only?:

Not too sure about this. I would think it is for considering how balance can be achieved by all means available, which could mean considering new skills. "Balancing current skills only" sounds more like a Test team.

9. Can you follow directions from a team lead, no matter what they ask?:

Follow directions, yes. Follow directions mindlessly without contributing my own suggestions and opinions, well, no.

10. Additional info you would like to tell us?:

I see myself being able to contribute in these ways:

• helping to draft up criteria by which balance changes to combat classes can be assessed
• collating and summarizing suggestions made by the community
• reviewing and offering suggestions / plans for better balance in the profession classes in particular.
