Bug Balance range is lower than intended

I couldn't manage to find the old post, so here you go;

I'm fairly certain my math on this skill is wrong and that's causing the lower distance. I could fix this by adding the distance to 100 and that will divide it down... Right now its set to 20.

Keache, i'm going to change the configs to test - next restart I want you to test again.
